A.S Photography Terms.

These gallery’s and all images are copyright to A.S Photography. It is an offence to make any copy’s or reproduce the images in anyway without permission from A.S Photography. A.S Photography may use any images for there own self-promotion without consent or payment to the subject unless otherwise agreed before the shoot. All orders placed on this site are subject ot postage costs. No order will be sent until full payment is made and cleared.

Personal data will not be shared with any other party but A.S Photography may from time to time send you offers and promotions that we feel any interest you. Their will be an opt out option on these emails if you do not wish to have any further correspondence.

To use our online gallery and ordering system your must first agree to the standard A.S Photography terms of business.

A.S Photography Terms of business.


1. Copyright: The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright of the
photographs to The Photographer(s). It is therefore contrary to the Act, and
illegal, to copy Photographs, or allow to be copied, by any means
photographic or otherwise, by any person or machine other than by The
Photographer(s) or they're appointed agents.


2. Usage. A.S Photography may in some cases provide you with a limited usage license.
Images may only be used in conjunction with the terms of this license. Unless otherwise agree no images may be used without permission.


3. Display: The Photographer(s) may display any photograph to generally
Promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites,
blogs, videos and other such material. In conjunction with UK law the a.s
Photography may publish any images anywhere, without permission from the
Model/subject the model. If sensitive materials are involved this must be
Discussed and agreed in writing before the date of the shoot.


4. Negatives or digital files: The negatives and digital files shall remain the
Property of The Photographer(s) and shall be kept by them for not less than
12 Months from the contract date.


5. Should negatives or digital files be lost, damaged or destroyed for reasons
Beyond control The Photographer(s) liability shall be limited to a full refund
of any deposits and fees paid, but shall not include a refund for any goods
already received. Once an image disk has been provided the Photographer(s)
will no longer accept any responsibility for these files.


6. Orders
All orders should be placed with A.S Photography before the end of a 12-
month period starting at the contract date. The Photographer(s) will not be
liable for failure to produce any orders placed after this time. Once an order has been placed A.s Photography will make every effort to deliver within a reasonable time but this will depend on the natural of the product. All items are quality checked before being sent.

Due to the bespoke nature of photography products all orders are non-returnable. Should there be a fault with the item please return it for inspection within 7 days

7. Wedding photography is subject to further terms and conditions provided
with your booking agreement.
